USO
La tinción de Gram fue desarrollada en 1884 por el danés Hans Christian Gram. Esta tinción es una herramienta básica y fundamental dentro del área de la microbiología ya que clasifica a las bacterias en dos grandes grupos:
Gram positivas y Gram negativas.
